Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 23rd, 2020), Ramos is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1998 or 1999 year since the LAPD website says Ramos was 35 when charged and he was born in 1963. So it obviously has to be 1998 or 1998.
Finally, I was unfortunately unable to find any additional information about the victim in this alleged case.
