Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal dispute. The suspect then armed himself with a handgun (possibly .380 caliber) which was concealed in his waistband and shot the victim once in the abdomen area. Suspect fled location on foot. SUSPECT IS CONSIDERED TO BE ARMED & DANGEROUS.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 23rd, 2020), Orellano is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1999 or 2000 as the warrant year since the LAPD website says Orellano was 23 when charged and he was born in 1976. So it obviously has to be 1999 or 2000. (Additionally, the website has a document report number with "00" in it but I want to err on the side of caution.
