Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 21st, 2020), Khachatryan is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1988 or 1989 as the alleged in incident year since the LAPD website says Monarrez was 21 when charged and he was born in 1967. So it obviously has to be 1988 or 1989.
Finally, I unfortunately could not find any additional information online about the victim in this alleged case.
