Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 21st, 2020), Herrera is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1999 with a question mark as the wanted year since I am only reasonably assuming based on Herrera's age and the document report number having the number "99" in it. I can't be 100 percent sure but reasonably sure.
