Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 21st, 2020), Herrera is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1995 or 1995 as the wanted year since the LAPD website says Herrera was 26 when charged and he was born in 1969. So it obviously has to be 1995 or 1996.
