According to Newspapers.com archives, Teodulo Sorto is accused of shooting 29-year old Santos Medrano to death. Santos was trying to intervene in a fight at an apartment complex when he was shot and robbed.
An accomplice was arrested after Santos's murder, however Teodulo has been wanted ever since. He was a confirmed member of MS-13 back in the early 2000s.

Thoughts? As of today, March 16, 2020, Teodulo Sorto has several listed arrest warrants in the Mecklenburg County Public Warrants search, including ones for murder and robbery. Therefore, we know for sure that he is still at large. I will post the link to the warrants database below so we can keep track of the warrant statuses.
