How's this for bizarre? The local ABC affiliate in Chicago reported earlier that a prisoner had escaped from an Elgin mental health facility. He was captured Wednesday afternoon.
The man's name? Jesse Vega

Obviously he's completely unrelated to Jessi Vega/Arturo Munguia, but it's still fascinating that a fugitive with that name is in the Chicago area.
