This is the first I read Jason D. Brown may be in the Underground Sex Trade? Is FBI Most Wanted Mormon Fugitive Jason Derek Brown Involved in the Underground Sex Trade Biz? FBI Most Wanted Mormon Fugitive Jason Derek Brown is he a Sex Slaver? Physic tells me that ‘Derek’ and ‘Tony’ head up gang of Sex Slavers, they work out of the Atlanta GA area and are constantly on the move with the girls in the ‘Underground Sex Trade’ hitting hip-hop nightclubs making as much as $30,000 a week. Latter-Day Saints Elder Jason ‘Derek’ Brown didn’t start as a hardened criminal. As a member and Elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), he embarked on his required mission trip to France in 1988, he became an Elder. Jason ‘Derek’ Brown’s own father was a gambler and a con man. When Jason ‘Derek’ Brown returned from France, he moved back to his hometown, Laguna Beach, and got married. But his attitude shifted after his father, rumored to have criminal links, disappeared in 1994. He left his wife and developed an interest in luxury cars, strippers, hip-hop nightclubs, booze and club drugs, which requires lots and lots of cash. For sure this has to be someone's theory not fact, but it's the first I heard of this.....THOUGHT'S.....I really wish we had more positive leads on this guy....

Hernandez had built a promising NFL career after the Patriots drafted him in 2010. He was chosen as number 77 on the NFL's top-100 list in 2013 and in 2010 he was chosen the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. He caught a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl and earned a Pro Bowl nod during the 2011 season.
Details are emerging about the murder case brought against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. The grand jury met 24 times and reviewed some 272 pieces of evidence in a 2012 double murder. Now a new public filing on the case shows that police had initially run into a wall on the investigation of the murders until a separate incident occurred in which Hernandez became a chief suspect. During the investigation into the death of Odin Lloyd, 27, Hernandez came under suspicion. Among the evidence turned over was 1,087 photographs taken by investigators--415 taken on the day de Abreu and Furtado were killed, or on the following day. Another 672 pictures were all taken in 2013."
"The filing shows that prosecutors also turned over to the defense ballistics and forensics reports, search warrants, financial and travel records, phone records, computer printouts and what is described as a handwritten letter," the report continues.

Oscar Pistorius' murder case might have already have an answer either for the prosecution or defense, as the "Blade Runner's" mental state is already known to the doctors. The Olympian's trial, meanwhile, resumes by month's end. Dr. Charles Sophy, CNN's Headline News resident psychiatrist, said that when Oscar Pistorius was ordered to go through regular evaluation, the doctors already had enough time to determine his mental condition. "Most of the traits that exhibit themselves for a generalized anxiety disorder will come out in things that not only will be tested for in psychological testing, such as concentration, pulse control, mood, those kinds of things. The doctors will also study his sleeping and eating patterns as well as his level of energy. After the psych evaluation and the doctors feel like he had some mental episode at the time of the killing of model Reeva Steenkamp, then the Oscar Pistorius' murder case trial might be dismissed by the judge and clear him of all culpability. Elizabeth Power, CEO of EPowers & Associates and noted trauma expert, earlier wrote an article for blogs.psychcentral.com in relation to the Oscar Pistorius murder case trial where she said that Olympian could not undo the amputation on his legs at 11 months old, nor the years of challenge, however, generalized anxiety disorder "does not make murderer. Generalized anxiety disease makes worriers, not killers, she wrote. Disability doesn't either. However, she acknowledged the very real vulnerability of a man who is notably shorter without his prostheses, top heavy, balancing on his stumps in the dark of the night, and who is terrified. The adrenaline of vulnerability can cause murderous things to happen, she wrote. The Oscar Pistorius murder case trial is reportedly going to resume on June 30 and by that time his psychological evaluation would have been completed and presented to the court.

Slender Man Stabbing Suspect to Have Mental Evaluation.
A 12-year-old girl accused of stabbing a friend in a quest to please a spooky fictional character will have a mental evaluation, while an attorney for a second girl also charged in the crime said Wednesday that he could raise the issue of competency later.
The girls appeared in court for a minutes-long hearing that would typically attract little attention but in this case drew dozens of journalists and others to Waukesha, a community west of Milwaukee. The girls' families sat silently as a court commissioner agreed to appoint a doctor for one and scheduled their next court dates for July 2. One girl's father cried.
According to court documents, the girls plotted for months to kill their friend to curry favor with Slender Man, a character in horror stories they read online. They told investigators they believed Slender Man had a mansion in a Wisconsin forest and they planned to go live with him after the slaying.
The two girls attacked the victim in a wooded Waukesha park, allegedly stabbing her 19 times.
The Wisconsin girl who was allegedly attacked by her classmates and left for dead is waking up in her own bedroom today, continuing to recover.
The girl, 12, is ecstatic to be in that room after finally leaving the hospital Friday, family friend and spokeswoman Dana Hoffmann says.
She’s enjoying watching episodes of “Full House” and spending time with her pets, Hoffmann said.
“She’s a very big cat lover,” she added. “She’s got two cats at home, and you know, it’s just trying to re-establish what that new normal looks like and surround her with things that are familiar.”

Kenan Gay fought back tears as he testified in his own defense. "I just wanted to get him away from her," he told jurors. The jury in Kenan Gay’s second-degree murder trial began deliberations Wednesday afternoon with pivotal riddle to solve: Which Kenan Gay do they believe? Is it the Gay who rushed to the aid of his girlfriend two years ago at Ed’s Tavern? Or the one who ran away that night from the scene of Robb Kingston’s death? Is it the 6-foot-4 athlete who four witnesses say pushed the drunken Kingston into Park Road? Or is it the Gay who says he took his hands off Kingston more than 20 feet from the street? In closing arguments Wednesday, each side again presented Gay in sharply different ways. To defense attorney David Rudolf, Gay is the man “we’d all like our children to grow up to be.” To prosecutor Jay Ashendorf, Gay is “running from the truth,” just as he ran up Park Road after Kingston was struck and killed by a passing car. Starting at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, the seven women and five men of Gay’s jury began searching for answers. If found guilty, his punishment could range from probation to a prison term. Gay was arrested the night of March 3, 2012, accused of second-degree murder in Kingston’s death. Video inside Ed’s Tavern, a popular Dilworth bar, shows Gay pushing Kingston out the front door after Kingston tried to kiss Gay’s girlfriend, Liz Wicker, now his wife. What the jury decides happened next outside the bar will decide the case. The members has three choices of verdict: guilty on second-degree murder or the lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter, or not guilty. Their decision must be unanimous. Two 12-year-old girls from Waukesha, Wisconsin in the United States are facing criminal charges and up to 64 years in jail. Their crime: the duo stabbed their friend 19 times and have blamed ‘Slender Man’ saying it was he who asked them to commit the crime.
According to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the two girls were charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court as adults with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and fact up to 65 years in prison.” The report adds that Morgan E Geyser and Anissa E Weier decided that they would try to kill their friend during a sleepover for her birthday. The victim is another 12-year-old who attends the same school as them.
According to the report, the girls told the police that the murder was “to pay homage to a fictional character who they believed was real after reading about him on a website devoted to horror stories.” The character is Slender Man. Geyser told the police, “It was weird that I didn’t feel remorse.”
The report adds, “Weier told police that Slender Man is the ‘leader’ of Creepypasta, and in the hierarchy of that world, one must kill to show dedication” and “to prove themselves worthy of him”.

Aaron Hernandez appears on the verge of being declared indigent, but still may be able to keep his team of high-priced lawyers in the two first-degree cases he faces. In recent weeks, Hernandez, who made at least $11.2 million in his three seasons with the New England Patriots, has struggled in paying off his legal expenses, recently prompting at least two of his attorneys to notify the court they might not be able to continue representing him for much longer. But according to FoxNews.com, all of Hernandez's attorneys could be eligible to be paid through a fund set up as part of the Massachusetts state budget to aid financially strapped defendants such as Hernandez. The 24-year-old Hernandez has been jailed without bail and held in solitary confinement at the Bristol County Jail since June of last year in the execution style-killing of one-time associate Odin Lloyd. More recently, authorities indicted him on two counts of murder stemming from a 2012 drive-by, double slaying in downtown Boston where Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado were both killed.
Hernandez still owns the 11-room, North Attleborough home, valued at around $1.3 million, where he was residing at the time of his arrest, but it's tied up in a civil suit filed by the family of one of his alleged victims and therefore can not be used as an asset. Hernandez attorneys also allege he is still owed more than $3 million by the Patriots stemming from guaranteed money called for by the terms of his contract for the years 2013 and 2014, but thus far the team has refused to pay, prompting the NFL players union to file a grievance on his behalf.
Hernandez is due back in court June 16 for the Lloyd case and June 24 in the double-slaying case.

Carolina football player, who pushed a man out of a bar into a moving car. He claims the death was an accident, that he was defending the girlfriend, who is now his wife. And she took the stand on Thursday.
The prosecution has rested their case.
And now, the defense is up. They say the former student athlete did what any boyfriend would do. He was protecting her from an aggressive et and threatening drunk.
It's the case of a bar brawl gone bad. Former university of north Carolina football player, Kenan gay, is on trial for second-degree murder, after pushing Robert Kingston to his death into traffic after he allegedly made a pass at his girlfriend. The woman at the center of it all is speaking to jurors for the first time.
Saying Kingston harassed and groped her the night of his death. And that gay was simply defending her. The hairs on the back of my neck just stood straight up, she said.
Elizabeth gay broke down several times recounting the story. But prosecutors say her tears were for a different reason.
