From mytexasdaily.com:
EL PASO, Texas — 53-year-old Benjamin Dominguez is the Texas Department of Public Safety's monthly featured fugitive and a reward for information leading to his capture has been raised to $8,500 for tips received during the month of December.
Dominguez is wanted on a probation violation for an El Paso offense of indecency with a child by exposure involving a 14-year-old female victim. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
"He has an extensive violent criminal history and has used numerous alias names," according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
He is described by police as a sexually violent predator and has a last known address on Kendrick Circle in El Paso, Texas. He is currently beleived to be a transient with ties to El Paso; Socorro, Texas; Las Cruces, New Mexico; and Modesto, California.
Dominguez is a confirmed Barrio Azteca gang member and has previously used the following aliases: Francisco Rodriguez, Ben Dominguez, Francisco Dominguez, Rogelio Morales, Rogelio Lopez Morales, Rogelio Mendoza Morales, Rogelio Ramirez, Johnny Rodriguez, Roger Rodriguez, Francisco Sanchez, Javier Zuniga, and Chino.
In 2001, Dominguez was convicted of indecency with a child by exposure, served two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and was arrested again for indecent exposure a few months later and returned to prison. His criminal history includes charges for failing to comply with sex offender registry, assault causes bodily injury, possession of a controlled substance, burglary, failure to identify or give false or fictitious information, and driving while intoxicated. He currently has warrants out of the El Paso Police Department and New Mexico.
Dominguez is described as a Hispanic male, 5'7", 225 pounds, with scars on his chin, left elbow, and finger(s) on his right hand. He has needle marks on his left arm and has the following known tattoos: skulls, scorpion, and prison on left arm; panther, female holding shotgun, and eagle on right arm; barbed wire on left wrist; and "Yvette" on neck.
Additional information from the Texas Department of Public Safety:
One offender from the Texas 10 Most Wanted Program is featured each month in hopes the higher reward money from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division will generate additional tips. The higher reward amount will only be paid if the tip comes in the same month the fugitive is featured. So far in 2018, Texas Crime Stoppers has paid $31,500 in total rewards for anonymous tips that resulted in arrests.
To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters MUST provide information to authorities using one of the three following methods:
Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted – and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name.
DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and Sex Offender lists. You can find the current lists – with photos – on the DPS website.
Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives; they are considered armed and dangerous.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (1/11/2020), Dominguez is still listed as one of the Texas Department of Public Safety's Most Wanted fugitives: www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/MostWanted/fugitiveDetails?id=231
Also the above article is slightly outdated and the reward for a tip leading to arrest as of January 2020 is $7,500 (which is still a nice chunk of change if you ask me). I put 2010 with a question mark as the wanted year as the DPS only mentions that as a year where he got a probation and parole warrant but doesn't specify entirely.
Finally, my apologies as I could swear Dominguez was on our site already. With the short amount of time before this site's focus turns to In Pursuit, I'm combing through state most wanted lists and other law enforcement most wanted lists we do as themes on the site sometimes, and to my surprise I didn't see him when I could have sweared we had profiled him.
