Thoughts? I should admit I'm taking a risk in posting this case that I can't say with 100 percent certainty that Escoto is still at large as of this posting date (January 8th, 2020), I'm simply reasonably assuming he still is since I haven't seen any new articles since three months ago and nothing about a capture. If Escoto's wanted status has changed or changes in the future, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
Also, articles do not state how Escoto knew Brandie Frazier, if he knew her, but what is most important is getting justice for her.
