In December of 2010, authorities in Ottawa, Canada say that 16-year old Yazdan Ghiasi was shot and dumped onto the street from a vehicle. Yazdan later died at a hospital. The motive was believed to have been over six and-a-half-pounds of marijuana.
Four people were indicted in the case. As a result, Zakaria Dhournou and Khaled Wehbe pleaded guilty to obstructing justice. Abdulhamid Wehbe however was found not guilty in 2013 because it was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he planned to commit armed robbery which resulted in Yazdan's murder.
The last alleged suspect in the case, Mohamed Wehbe reportedly fled to Syria right after Yazdan's murder.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Mohamed Wehbe's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, January 2, 2010, Mohamed Wehbe is still listed as one of Ottawa's Most Wanted fugitives. They have a very up-to-date website so we know for certain that he's still at large.
It will be very hard to located Mohamed if he's still in Syria. However fugitives sometimes travel outside of the country they're hiding out in. That tends to be the best opportunity to arrest suspects like Mohamed Wehbe.
