The Accord’s driver — Elizabeth Reed, 31, of King City — died at a hospital. The Silverado’s driver fled on foot, the CHP said.
The two people in the Civic were not injured and stayed at the scene.
Investigators said alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash.

Thoughts? Granted it is assuming but I am reasonably assuming Santana-Moncada is still at large as of today's posting date (11/23/2019) since the above article is recent from only a month and a half ago with no updates since. However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
