From the Albany Times-Union:
The U.S. Marshals asked the public for help Tuesday in finding a West Virginia murder suspect who may have fled to New York or Virginia.
Gerald Matthew Spencer, 35, is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in connection to the April 6 shooting death of Ronald Seawright Jr. at 110 Maryland Avenue in Charleston, W.V.
Spencer may still be in West Virginia but, given his personal ties, also could have fled the state, the Marshals said.
Spencer is described as a 5-foot-11-inch black man with black hair and brown eyes, weighing about 275 pounds. He has a tattoo on his chest that reads Ciana, and may be using the aliases Gerard Strong and Gerard Hunter. He also uses the nicknames "Rodo" and GRod."
He has ties in the Virginia cities of Hampton Roads and New Port News, and the New York boroughs of The Bronx and Brooklyn. The U.S. Marshals are offering a cash reward for information that leads directly to his arrest.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-800-336-0102 or submit information through the U.S. Marshals Tips app at www.usmarshals.gov/tips. All tips can be submitted anonymously and will remain confidential.

Thoughts? I am placing Spencer in the Fugitives on TV section since In Pursuit with John Walsh's Facebook made a posting about him today (see the show's May 28th, 2019 status updates). Based on that and U.S. Marshals publicity, we can say Spencer is still at large at the time of this posting (5/28/2019).
Also according to other articles I read the alleged shooting happened after a "neighborhood dispute.": www.whsv.com/content/news/Marshals-searching-for-West-Virginia-murder-suspect-who-may-be-in-eastern-Va-510230601.html
