COLUMBIA, S.C. —
Right now the Richland County Sheriff's Department needs your help finding a man accused of fatally shooting a teenager. Authorities consider him armed and dangerous. His name is Tyshawn Carrigan, and he's wanted for a murder charge in connection to the killing of a teenager last month. People who live on Crestview Avenue where it happened say they don't feel safe.
Patricia Slygh says she's on edge after the shooting outside her home near Decker Boulevard killed 19-year-old Jayquan Hughes.
"It was unbelievable. There were police all the way down on both sides," said Slygh.
Deputies believe 20-year-old Tyshawn Carrigan is responsible. But right now he's on the run. Slygh says she now stays inside at night because of what a police officer told her after the shooting.
"He said ma'am I don't want you coming out anymore at dark because you could get hurt," said Slygh.
Deputies also say Carrigan goes by the name of "Twinn". He's considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows anything on his whereabouts, you should call the Richland County Sheriff's Department or Crimestoppers.

Thoughts? I am placing Carrigan in the Fugitives on TV section because he was profiled on a "Wanted" segment on this past weekend's episodes of A&E's "Live PD." They mention that he may be hiding out in North Carolina where he has family. As far as I can tell, Carrigan is still at large as of this posting date. (1/15/2019).
