On July 27, 2016, authorities in Manor, Texas say that Thomas Bernal met up with Devon Sanders to purchase some marijuana from him. A disagreement ensued which allegedly led to Devon hanging on the outside of Thomas's vehicle and being driven into a parked truck, causing Devon's death. Debra Bernal is charged with allegedly helping her son Thomas flee to Mexico with the vehicle that authorities say was used to kill Devon.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at (512) 800-4213 if you have any information on the whereabouts of either Thomas or Debra Bernal.

Thoughts? Thomas and Debra are still listed as fugitives on the US Marshals Western District of Texas page which is usually up-to-date, so it looks like both mother and son are still at large as of this posting date (3/30/2018). If that changes, then please let us know through our website contact form. The good news is that both of them were born in Texas so it would be easier if found in Mexico for Mexico to extradite them back to the US.
