From tucson.com:
Tucson police have obtained an arrest warrant for a 21-year-old man in connection with a traffic collision that killed two people on the south side on May 20.
Oscar Servando Garcia-Pineda has been identified as the driver of a black 2008 Volkswagen Jetta involved in the crash at South Park Avenue and East Drexel Road, Tucson police said in a news release Friday.
Garcia-Pineda is wanted for felony hit and run involving a fatality.
He is described as being about 5-feet 4-inches tall, weighing about 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest with "GARCIA" and a tattoo on his right forearm with Roman numerals "MCMXCV." He has a mole above his right eyebrow and two smaller moles above his left eyebrow. He also has a scar above his left eyebrow.

Thoughts? The two people killed were later identified as Joanne and David Berg, who leave behind 7 children and 11 grandchildren. Their daughter has pleaded for Garcia-Pineda to turn himself in, asking him to imagine if it was his parents and to start his path to forgiveness.

I'd like to give Oscar the same advice too if he ever somehow comes across this site. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you're just a young kid who made a mistake. However, you have a much better chance at a judge going easier on you and the Berg family forgiving you if you turn yourself in, accept responsibility, and apologize if you are indeed guilty of the hit and run. The longer you stay on the run, the more it will look to others like you don't care. If you do care, its time to step up now, while you're still young enough to be forgiven.
