Thoughts? There's not a lot of detail but hostage tasking is extremely serious, not even counting the narcotics trafficking and money laundering charges. I'm also not sure since he's associated with the Sinaloa Cartel if these crimes were committed in California or were out of Mexico and these are federal charges. A $50,000 reward means the FBI is taking this case very seriously.
