Generally whenever a fugitive is wanted out of Houston I try to include their vital statistics from the Court Records in Harris County website, however there are a lot of people named Daniel Ortiz and I didn't want to include the wrong vital statistics. Any confirmation on Daniel's age can be submitted to the contact form as knowing the ages of fugitives is always helpful. As far as the murder, I don't know if this was a continuation of a previous dispute between Daniel and Reynaldo, but it looks like Daniel was the main aggressor in all of this. crime-stoppers.org/crime-database/1269348/abc13.com/archive/8233887/

It's important not to assume though.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to narrow anything down (additional I couldn't even find a Daniel Ortiz wanted for murder from 2010 or the next few years against him so the case against him probably isnt even there anyway). However, since Ortiz is still listed on Houston Crime Stoppers (same link as in HeadMarshal's OP), I feel it's safe to reasonably assume that he is still at large as of this update. (6/22/2018).
