Nedio Lopez is wanted for the homicide of 47-year old Victor Vasquez. Nedio and an accomplice allegedly shot Victor to death and shot and wounded another man. Nedio's accomplice was arrested a few months later crossing into the United States from Mexico. Nedio is wanted for 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Burglary and Assault With A Deadly Weapon.

Thoughts? As of today, September 27, 2023, Nedio has a murder warrant in Oklahoma County's warrants directory. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him. Since his accomplice initially fled to Mexico, I assume that Nedio probably fled there initially as well.
I hope that Victor's family will get the justice that they deserve.
