From 6abc.com:
NORRISTOWN, Pennsylvania -- Authorities in Norristown, Montgomery County have issued an arrest warrant for an 18-year-old man wanted in the killing of 47-year-old Anthony Vitelli.
Damien Wilson, of Norristown, is charged with first-degree murder.
Police say Vitelli was shot and killed on the 800 block of Arch Street around 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7.
Investigators say the 47-year-old was not the intended target.
"I'm mad about it," said Andrea Vitalli, the victim's sister. "You get upset, you get sad, but I'm mad. I'm very angry. It just doesn't make sense."
According to the criminal complaint, police believe Wilson was targeting a different man as retaliation for a shooting earlier in the summer.
Instead, Vitelli was hit once in the chest and died.
"It's unbelievable," said Anna Vitelli, the victim's mother. "He had no business carrying a gun, using a gun, when you clearly don't know what to do with it."
According to the victim's mother and sister, Anthony left behind a wife, an 8-year-old daughter and a 27-year-old son. They all miss him dearly.
Surveillance video shows the shooter running through the parking lot of the Jefferson Court Apartments.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Wilson's arrest.
Anyone with information about Wilson's whereabouts is asked to contact the Norristown Police Department at 610-270-0977 or call Montgomery County Detectives at 610-226-5553.

Thoughts? As of today's posting date (February 24th, 2023), a search of Pennsylvania's online criminal court records shows still no arrest date and still no court activities since an official criminal complaint was filed on November 4th, 2022. This is a completely senseless and tragic case and I hope justice is served soon enough.
