From 13wham.com:
Geneva, N.Y. — A woman faces manslaughter charges after a man's body was found outside Geneva General Hospital.
Police say Keith Morlang, 44, of Waterloo, had a medical emergency Friday morning. Kiara Scott, 21, of Geneva, allegedly took Morlang to a parking lot behind Geneva General Hospital and attempted to conceal his body behind an abandoned vehicle so he wouldn't be found.
Police found Morlang's body Sunday night, partially in weeds and gravel, and investigated his death as suspicious.
Scott allegedly had informed Morlang's family members that she was taking him to the hospital for medical treatment. Police found Scott in Rochester and arrested her Wednesday and charged her with second-degree manslaughter and concealed of a human corpse. She was taken to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Police said Scott and Morlang had been in a relationship. Morlang's cause of death hasn't been released, as police await autopsy results.
Police continue to look for a second suspect, Lacrita Verstraete, 24, a friend of Scott. She's described as a white female with red hair, 5-foot-7 and 115 lbs. Police believe she may be in Rochester.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Geneva Police Detective J.D. Winter at (315) 828-6780 or the on-duty supervisor at (315) 789-1111.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (June 12th, 2022), there is still a posting on the Geneva Police Department's Facebook page on the case that is yet to edit or update that Verstraete has been captures, so based on that I'll reasonably assume she's still at large to make a posting.
And yeah I'm not sure what allegedly happened here, whether Verstraete or Scott were worried about getting into trouble for any reason, but when someone has a medical emergency, you wait for an ambulance. (If Morlang was unfortunately already dead it makes this a moot point but even if they thought he was you wait for a medical professional to confirm it since his live could have still been saved even if he was clinically deceased).
