From pennlive.com:
Police are looking for the suspect in a shooting outside a Lebanon business that left one dead over the weekend.
19-year-old Jason Mahecha is accused of shooting 39-year-old Elliott Thomas in the area of 7th and Willow streets, Lebanon City police said Tuesday.
Thomas, a Minersville resident, died of a single gunshot wound, police said. He was found early Saturday morning, around 1:14 a.m. on the sidewalk with the injury, police said previously.
The investigation determined Thomas and Mahecha were both customers at a business on the corner that night, police said. A group moved outside where an argument began and turned into a physical fight.
At some point during the fight, Mahecha displayed a handgun, police said. Investigators believe this is when the gun was fired, hitting Thomas.
Mahecha, a York resident, left the scene in a vehicle that had been parked in a nearby parking lot.
Mahecha is charged with homicide and carrying a firearm without a license.
Anyone with information on Mahecha’s whereabouts is asked to call the Lebanon City Police Department at 717-272-2054 or Crime Stoppers at 717-270-9800.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (December 13th, 2021), a search of Pennsylvania's online court records shows still no arrest date and still no events since the initial charges filed against Mahecha on November 13th, 2021.
