From wcsjnews.com:
The Wilmington Police Department was called to the scene of a fatal two vehicle collision on New River Road near Boathouse Road at 6:00 a.m. on January 30, 2020. Officers arrived to find a head on crash that had taken the life of 57-year-old Annette Reed, a passenger in a vehicle being driven by her son William Brown III.
The accident also severely injured the drivers of both vehicles. Witnesses stated that day that a vehicle driven by William C. Brown, III was traveling westbound while passing a semi tractor-trailer combination on a curve in a no-passing zone when that vehicle collided with the second vehicle that had been traveling eastbound.
The Illinois State Police Accident Reconstruction Team was called in to assist Wilmington and were able to determine fault in the accident. That information was presented to the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office by the Wilmington Police Department and a warrant was subsequently issued for 38-year-old William Brown III.
Brown is facing three counts of Reckless Homicide and three counts of Reckless Conduct, all class three felonies. His bond has been set at $250,000.
Anybody knowing the whereabouts of William C. Brown, III is asked to call the Wilmington Police Department at 815-476-2811.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (April 3rd, 2021), Brown still shows as having a warrant in Will County Illinois' public access search:

Also Brown is a coward if he can't turn himself in on these alleged charges when the victim was his own mother!
