(Above photo credit: nbc-2.com) From winknews.com: Jean Leandre (DOB 11/1/76) – he’s wanted on a bench warrant out of Collier County for two counts of sexual battery on a child. He was initially arrested and charged with raping a little girl over the course of several years, starting when she was 6. Like most sexual assault victims, Leandre allegedly told her not to tell anyone, and she didn’t… until she became pregnant at 11 years old. Leandre was on the cusp of his trial starting but then fled, knowing full well that if found guilty that he’d face a potential life sentence. He was last known to be living in Lehigh, and although he may have fled the area, detectives are confident that he still has connections locally. He’s 6’0”, 175 pounds. www.winknews.com/2020/04/01/most-wanted-wednesday-we-feature-three-of-swfls-most-wanted-suspects-april-1/Thoughts? As of this posting date (4/10/2020), Leandre still shows as having a warrant in Florida's public access wanted persons search: pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/restricted/PAS/person/WantedPersons.jsfAdmin Note #1: According to the above article, anyone having information on this fugitive's whereabouts should contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).Admin Note #2: If you have any (news-related) updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

This reminds me of a lot of past AMW, The Hunt, and In Pursuit cases, such as Ivor Henry, Adrian "Alex" Gonzalez Cruz, Kevin Patrick "Khaos" Stoeser, and Jacob Blair Scott. Speaking of the latter two, do any of you think the US Marshals' 15 Most Wanted could be as effective at swinging this manhunt?

Most fugitives who make the Marshals list have already been mentioned in articles as being a Marshals case. They're technically a default agency for fugitive searches, but usually the top candidates are those already mentioned as being hunted by the Marshals.
