Dontrell McMiller is wanted by the FBI's Chicago field office for a homicide in Dolton, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago) on May 4th, 2018.
According to an FBi agent interviewed on Fox Chicago's local station's "Chicago's Most Wanted" segment, the victim was allegedly shot by McMiller after an argument in front of a gas station on Drexel Road in Dolton. McMiller is alleged to have followed the victim in his vehicle after the argument, pulling up alongside and firing several gunshots. The victim was later found in the street and pronounced dead.
It is believed the victim and McMiller did not previously know each other.
McMiller is described as 5'10" and 165 lbs and is considered to be armed and dangerous. He was 26 years old at the time of this posting.

Thoughts? I feel safe in reasonably assuming that McMiller is still at large as of this posting date (March 14th, 2020) since the above local most wanted segment is from December 22nd, 2019 which is relatively recent with no updates since. Of course, if that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Unfortunately, I could not find any additional information about who the victim was in this case, but this is a very dangerous fugitive to allegedly chase down and shoot and kill someone he didn't even know all because of an argument.
