From wsbtv.com:
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police believe they have connected a second woman's disappearance to a wanted caregiver.
Gwinnett County police are looking for Kishia Mitchell.
The families of Linda Kimble and Linda Williams have not seen them for months.
Richetta Henderson, Kimble’s daughter, said it is hard to understand how two families could put their mothers into personal care homes.
“I think this whole situation is crazy,” Henderson said. “Now all of a sudden, they are missing. That’s crazy.”
Henderson told Channel 2’s Tony Thomas that she hasn’t spoken to her mother since last August.
“It’s broken me in so many different ways. I miss my mom so much,” Henderson said. "I don’t know this other lady, but my heart goes out to her because I know how she feels.”
Police said Linda Williams’ family hasn’t her from her since December.
Investigators say both women lived in personal care homes operated by Mitchell. Police would like to speak to Mitchell about the disappearance of the two women, but they haven't been able to locate her.
“Kishia Mitchell has gone missing. She has active warrants for her arrest,” said Cpl. Michelle Pihera with the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Police issued arrest warrants for exploitation of a disabled or elder person and unlicensed personal care home after Kimble disappeared.
Investigators say it's important they find the women as soon as possible, because they have health issues.
Henderson hopes someone comes forward with information.
"So that we can have some closure about where our parents are,” she said.
Police say it’s possible the women are in another personal care home, but they say they can’t find them in any state database.
One of the women has dementia and may not be able to explain who she is.

Thoughts? Based on local news reports, Kishia Mitchell was still at large (and Williams and Kimble were still missing) at least as of February 24th, 2020. This is a very concerning case obviously. I'm also curious since I feel like Mitchell looks similar to In Pursuit fugitive Alicia "Lisa" Osibin who was wanted for killing her elderly mother she was supposed to care for. It's probably just that they look similar but there aren't the same person, but it is also coincidental both cases are similar. I hope that this case doesn't have as tragic an outcome, but unfortunately it's not looking too hopeful right now. Regardless, Mitchell needs to be caught to get answers for Linda Kimble and Linda Williams' families.
