From the Argus Leader (argusleader.com):
Sioux Falls Police are asking for the public's help to find the suspect of an early Saturday morning shooting in downtown Sioux Falls that left a 37-year-old man dead.
Max Bolden, 36, of Sioux Falls, is wanted on charges of first degree murder, second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, said police spokesman Sam Clemens. A $1 million cash bond is attached to Bolden's arrest warrant, Clemens said.
Bolden is accused of shooting Benjamin Donahue III in a parking lot near W. 10th Street and S. Main Avenue at 1:12 a.m. Saturday.
According to an affidavit, witnesses said Bolden arrived at a parking lot before Donahue, exited a white Ford Explorer and stood in front of Club David. When Donahue arrived and exited a dark gray Dodge Charger, Bolden walked back to the parking lot, where the two started to argue near the sidewalk.
Bolden and Donahue got into a verbal altercation outside of Club David when Bolden pulled out a handgun and shot Donahue twice. He shot Donahue once in the head, then after Donahue fell to the ground, Bolden shot him in the head a second time and stated, "Bitch," according to the affidavit.
Donahue was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police don't know what the motive was in the shooting, but the two knew each other and had "bad blood" between them, Clemens said.
Earlier, police released photos of the two vehicles that were connected to the shooting. Police have located the Dodge Charger but are still looking for the white Ford Explorer that Bolden reportedly drove away from the scene.
"Bolden is considered armed and dangerous, however, there is no belief the general public is in danger," Forster said in the release.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bolden or the vehicles is asked to call 911 or call CrimeStoppers at 605-367-7007.
Bolden's criminal history
Bolden has a criminal history that extends to 2004, according to court documents, including DUI, drugs and a hit and run.
In 2006, Bolden was one of five men arrested in a cocaine sting in Sioux Falls. The men were indicted for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine, according to an Argus Leader article. When officers arrested the men, they also found handguns, a semiautomatic assault rifle and a bulletproof vest.
Bolden was one of three of the men who pleaded guilty to distributing the drug. He received a six-year prison sentence, with six years suspended, according to court documents..

Thoughts? As of this posting date (11/12/2019), Bolden is still listed as one of Minnehaha County's Most Wanted fugitives on their government website and also still shows as having a warrant when searching the county's online warrants site.

I will say whatever the motive is, Bolden allegedly brought a gun to an argument and had the nerve to call the victim a bitch after shooting him. Not that I condone even physical fighting, but the real bitch is a guy who didn't use his fists and had to use a gun to win a fight. (I personally am not a fighter and not a tough guy myself, just someone really good at highlighting fugitives that need to be caught, so no one needs to call me out on that, but between these two men, Bolden was the bitch).
In any case, Bolden might be a coward but a very dangerous alleged coward who allegedly shot a man not once but twice in the head and it is important to not only get justice for Benjamin Donohue but also make sure he doesn't harm anyone else.
Also, here is a photo of the vehicles from that Saturday early morning that are of interest from that Argus Leader article:
