Husam Abd-al-Ra'uf is wanted in connection with his membership in Al-Qaeda, an organization known for committing acts of terrorism against the government of the United States. A federal arrest warrant for Abd-al-Ra'uf was issued in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, on December 27, 2018, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Provide Material Support and Resources to a Foreign Terrorist Organization; Providing Material Support and Resources to a Foreign Terrorist Organization; and Conspiracy to Kill United States Nationals.

Thoughts? Abd-al-Ra'uf was just added to the FBI's most wanted terrorists section earlier in the week and as of this posting date (8/3/2019) is still on the FBI website as a wanted fugitive.
I was unsure of where to place Abd-al-Ra'uf since he's at the moment one of the FBI's "lesser-known" wanted terror suspects but I placed him in the Fugitives on TV as opposed to Exclusive Fugitives section since he is in a roundabout way part of the overall national publicity in taking down Al-Qaeda.
What is scary is while ISIS has been all anyone has wanted to talk about the past few years, there are reports that Al-Qaeda is considered even stronger today than they were during 9/11, I'm sure the recent killing of Hamza Bin Laden has helped but there's still a lot more work to do:
