Any case number attached to his PACER docs by chance sir? The document mentioned CR17-217. Try that although I have to disclose that may not be the case number (since you have to pay $1.00 USD regardless. |

According to wlox.con he has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of attempted felony child abuse but at the same time I'm good with this will felony child abuse had a max sentence of lwop he still faces a max of 50 years given his lack of remorse and him fleeing to Guatemala and him only interested in self preservation he will be given towards the upper area maybe 40 to 50 years his sentencing is set for early 2024

Also since most prisoners don't like children killers In prison especially younger children like the victim in this case hell probably have a hard time but that's just my opinion so thoughts

Of course! The only thing I'll add is I don't care to hear from them once they are convicted as to not glorify them (unless they're up for parole), but it still helps to know when justice is officially served.
