Just wanted to update thus thread by saying that it's been like pulling teeth to get more than one of my 2010 MW fugitives to be caught. Looks like your tooth can rest a little easier now with the capture of Janet Barreto! And Ramon as an added bonus.

Wanted to bump this thread since it had gone to the 2nd section of this subforum and Devon Guishard was finally taken off the streets.

I like your lists, and just want to reiterate guys like John Blauvelt and Alfredo Capote would have definitely been on my list had their cases not aired on Crime Watch Daily (I'm making my person lists forum-only from now on, although my personal dirty dozen will take all fugitives, tv-aired or otherwise, into consideration.)

Made my 2017 top ten list. I know I seem to be making the rules as I go along but I figure to reflect the overall wanted year better, Hunt, Crime Watch Daily, or other t.v. show fugitives can male my list as long as they became wanted the same year.
This made Gerald Bullinger eligible and thus he is my #1 most wanted fugitive for 2017.
Eric Monroe Jones would have made my list but he was aired on Crime Watch Daily and from 2016. (Basically I like make my list as forum exclusive as possible to highlight the lesser known cases).
This year more than ever seemed to have a lot of year end fugitives make the list. I wish that wasn't the case and the year didn't end with such horrible breaking news cases.

All right it is now December so I made my annual most wanted list since Dec. 1st and on are only eligible for next year.
Because there were so many unfortunately deserving cases this year, I felt even more than usual, I made a top 20 instead of top 10. Dimas Coronado, however, I felt without question deserved my #1 spot the most.
P.S. I felt Joshua Williams and Gerald Pinkston's cases were too close to the cutoff point to consider for the list despite being wanted for triple homicide, so I put them in as breaking news mentions instead.

I usually hold off on confirming my most wanted fugitives of the year until New Year's Day, because most AMW Top Ten lists were showcased on either Kwanzaa Saturday (Dcb. 26 to Dcb. 31), Super Saturday (the Saturday before Christmas Eve), or the first Saturday of January, which means that fugitives were generally at large for at least one month after their AMW introduction before they were named to the list. Effective today, no more fugitives added to the site qualify for my most wanted of '018, and instead the new cases are considered for my '019 list, but a few cases will get removed from my '018 work-in-progress if they get captured in December.

Absolutely! There's no rule on how or when to make a yearly most wanted list. I just figure since our new fugitive year starts in December, I might as well just complete the list in December and if someone gets captured before 2019 so be it.

I just figure since our new fugitive year starts in December, I might as well just complete the list in December and if someone gets captured before 2019 so be it. Because it's too soon for me to set my list in stone yet, I'll confirm the standings of the 20 fugitives you named to your list: *Tong "Tony, Thor" Wu is in 18th place under the May - August division *I didn't name Montford to my most wanted lists, but another failed-attempted murder suspect is in 39th place under the March - April division *Bejarni Rivas is in 9th place under the September - November division *Anthony Durell Mickell is in 13th place under the December - February division *Campbell, Carr, and Palmer are in 31st place under the March - April division *Arnulfo Ramos and Juan Garcia Ramos Adiel are in 23rd place under the May - August division *Daniel Duane Jensen Jr is next up to replace a captured fugitive, but for now, another child molester is in 40th place under the September to November division. Duane will join him on the board if anyone else gets caught this month. *Salvador Vaca Garcia Jr is in 5th place under the March - April division *Luis Octavio Frias is in 20th place under the September - November division *Terrance Lamb is in 4th place under the May - August division *Harlon Lee Foss is in 4th place under the December - February division *Nyagah "Big Baby" Baker-Williams is in 3rd place under the March - April division *Estefania Ramon-Aguilar and Jose Hilario-Gomez are in 1st place under the December - February division *Tyler Evans is in 2nd place under the December - February division *Phillip Black Bear is in 20th place under the December - February division *Jonathan Hernandez is in 5th place under the September - November division *Greg Alyn Carlson is in 37th place, beneath a slew of homicide cases, under the December - February division *Dennis Saint John Rodriguez Jr got 27th place under the October - November division of my '017 list, but that's because the rest of the murders he's suspected of weren't revealed until July of '018, long after the '017 most wanted list expiry. *Sam Cross is in 2nd place under the May - August division *Dimas Coronado is in 1st place under the September - November division

Cool. I'd rather not turn this into the amw.com prospero boards where we're arguing over why someone placed lower or higher than the other on our personal lists and the point is they're all bad but I understand you're just giving a preview as to what your list may look like.

Also just a note that Anthony Mickell was captured a week or so ago.
