Additional Info: The Victim in this case was Shannon's sister, 25-year old Shapire Smith-Tate. The alleged motive was apparently an argument between Shapire and another group of women outside a bar. Somehow that led to Shannon allegedly shooting the four victims.

Thoughts? As of today, December 12, 2018, Shannon Smith is still at large as he was profiled on the Chicago FBI's Twitter page as part of #WantedWednesday.
The mother of Shannon and Shapire was quoted in an article saying that she believed that her son did not mean to allegedly kill his own sister during the shooting. If Shannon happens to read this then I would highly encourage you to turn yourself in. Shannon still has to be proven guilty in a court of law as to what exactly happened outside the bar on September 9th, so this thread is only for publicity purposes.
And besides, the Chicago FBI's Violent Crimes Task Force is now involved, so this manhunt will probably led to an arrest sooner than later.
