The FBI says police are looking for 27-year-old Joshua Bernard McClain, of Durham, for the July 2018 death of Ly Teng Nhiayi. Nhiayi was found dead inside a burning car along Guardian Drive. Police say an autopsy revealed the 32-year-old man from California had been shot. Three men were arrested and charged in the case on Sept. 28, 2018. Police announced Wednesday they had charged McClain with murder, as well. The FBI is assisting the Durham Police Department in its search for McClain and advise he may have left the Durham area. Anyone with information on McClain’s whereabouts is asked to call investigators at 919-560-4440, ext. 29336 or CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case or additional vital statistics (height, weight, etc), please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? As of yesterday, November 15, 2018, Joshua Bernard McClain is still at large since a news article was done regarding the manhunt. Usually the FBI gets involved in fugitive investigations when a fugitive is presumed to cross state/country lines to avoid apprehension, so there's a chance Joshua may not be in North Carolina any longer. wlos.com/news/local/fbi-police-seek-man-wanted-in-durham-murder-case UPDATE: As of January 16th, 2019, anyone with information on this fugitive's whereabouts can also call "In Pursuit" on the Investigation Discovery channel at 1-833-3-PURSUE and/or submit a tip at the show's website: www.InPursuitTips.com

Would like to get a bit more information such as alleged motive etc.. but even on the surface it sounds like a brutal case which makes McClain very dangerous as far as his alleged involvement.

Moving our thread on McClain to the "Fugitives on TV" section since he is on the list of fugitives scheduled to profiled on Season 1 of Investigation Discovery's "In Pursuit with John Walsh."

If this was AMW,it wouldn't be as much of an issue because they could pop someone else in. I wonder what they'll do here?

I already counted 4 fugitives not aired yet on In Pursuit tip form so it would seem at least one possibly at large fugitive won't air anyway. (15 seconds of shame fugitives which McClain likely would have been are easily replaceable and we have seen it already this season where fugitives not on the tip form seemingly because they're replacing a captured fugitive. It is the full segment fugitives where I would be curious to see but we won't see that this season)

Who was the other one? By the way, process of elimination would tell me that Lorenzo Barr Kamanda and Stepan "The Punisher" Zeytunyan are next week's 15 Seconds of Shame fugitives.

I have those two and Luciano Ailon-Garcia as still yet to be aired. So one of the three won't be aired apparently (unless Ailon-Garcia was aired and I forgot).
