According to Newslibrary archives, in 2000 Vitaliano crossed from Mexico to the United States with his 12-year
old wife and settled in Portland, Oregon. He then allegedly stabbed a man later that year in Gresham, Oregon.
When
they moved in Homestead, Florida in 2003, he was accused of beating his wife and cutting her face and arms with a
broken plate, causing stitches to be required. This was regarding an argument where his wife, then 15 was laughing at a tv show but Vitaliano mistakenly thought she was laughing at him.
In 2005, Vitaliano was accused of molesting a 14-year old girl in
Collier County, Florida. That is when a warrant for his arrest out of Florida was issued along with the arrest warrant in Oregon.

Thoughts? I found this case while browsing Newslibrary stories and came across a 2006 publicity article. There was also a 2015 piece by the Collier County Sheriff that mentioned him. The Florida Statewide Warrants Search shows him as still being wanted as of May 13, 2018.
Anyway all the alleged charges from 2000, 2003 and 2005 are especially disturbing. It is especially concerning that he married his wife when she was 12 or even potentially younger so he appears to be an alleged serial sexual predator. These criminals don't quit and I'm disappointed (but not surprised) that there has been little publicity on this case.
