In early March of 2015, the body of Mexican citizen Eluterio Orundo-Barrera was found under a blanket in Brownsville, Texas. Eluterio had a wire wrapped around his neck when he was found. The investigation led to murder warrants being issued for Reymundo De La Fuente-Hernandez and Edgar Martinez-Torres who are still at large according to the Brownsville Police website.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Brownsville Police Department at 956-548-7000 if you have any information on the whereabouts of either Reymundo De La Fuente-Hernandez or Edgar Martinez-Torres.

Thoughts? Brownsville, Texas is right across the border from Matamoros, Mexico so I imagine that Reymundo and Edgar are most likely hiding out across the border in Mexico. There's no motive that I could find online but this may possibly be organized crime related in my opinion. I don't want to say for sure that's the reason in order to not unintentionally say anything incorrect about the victim, but that's what I perceive when a murder victim is found under a blanket with a wire around his neck. If that's the case, then it doesn't excuse the murder by any means.
