DESCRIPTION:
On March 25, 2007, in King County, WA, Eldar A. Bagirov was driving at speeds in excess of 100 mph
and making multiple lane changes through traffic while racing another vehicle. Bagirov's Lexus struck
the right rear corner of a Honda Accord, and the resulting collision caused serious injuries to two
people. Bagirov fled the scene.
