The Allegation:
According to the FBI, Ramon Manuel Banuelos is wanted in connection with the stabbing death of a former associate in Yuba City, Calif., on Sept. 18, 1992.
REMARKS:
Banuelos has ties to the Yuba City and Pasadena areas of California. He may also be in San Diego; Corpus Christi, Texas; or Tijuana, Rosarita, Guadalajara or Xacataca, Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at (530) 822-7307 if you have any information on Ramon Manuel Banuelos's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Ramon Banuelos was a FBI monthly fugitive back in 1999 but luckily an old website called APB news saved that profile where the FBI website entry was never entered to web.archive.org's database. I did confirm through the Sutter County Court Records page that Ramon's case still shows as "warrant outstanding" and there's been no movement through 1995 as of this posting date (1/14/2018). This case is one of the last archived cases I'll be doing but I wanted to get it up on this site since I could find no archived media publicity anywhere else.
Hopefully the FBI adds him to their current website sometime this year. He would only be 46-years of age today and was born in California, so if located in Mexico then Mexico would be more willing to arrest and extradite him.
