On November 8, 2016, the body of Antina Pratt was found on a bike trail in Washington D.C. The cause of death was from being stabbed. On January 6, 2017, an arrest warrant for first-degree murder was issued for Elliott Starks. In July, authorities announced they were searching the Charlotte, North Carolina area as to Elliott's possible whereabouts.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the FBI's safe streets task force at 202-278-2000 if you have any information on Elliott Starks's whereabouts.

Thoughts? I want to specifically criticize the Washington Post's website since I was trying to access a July article about this case on their website and they blocked me from reading it due to my adblocker I have installed on my computer (as a defense against ransomware and similar viruses). So I disabled my adblocker on their website, but it still kept blocking me anyway.
Anyway, it looks like Elliott is still at large. I do know there's a "warrant listing" for the District of Columbia, but I checked and not only is Elliott Starks not in their database, but neither is 1992 AMW cold case fugitive Alejandro Sanchez. So unless Alejandro's been located (which I unfortunately doubt), they don't really have a complete fugitive database, which I would recommend the District of Columbia to update sometime.
