THE CASE: Elseth is wanted by Modesto police on suspicion of trafficking a minor, pimping a minor, pandering of a minor, unlawful sex with a minor and giving marijuana to a minor.
REPORT A TIP: Police ask anyone with information about Elseth’s whereabouts to call Detective Steven Anderson at (209) 342-9173 or Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636. Tipsters can send an email through the Crime Stoppers website, www.stancrimetips.org,or text tips to CRIMES (274637) by typing “Tip704” plus a message. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward.

Thoughts? There is not a lot of detail I can find online as to the sex trafficking case, but I'm assuming it's with good reason. According to Stanislaus Area Crime Stoppers, Elseth was born in 1989 so he'd be 28 as of this posting date. (7/2/2017). I also found an article mentioning an arrest he had in Carson City, Nevada so I'd say that could be a potential location for him based on that.
Also, I'm assuming Elseth is still at large although I found an article about an arrest after a high speed chase in September 2016. He's still listed on Stanislaus Area Crime Stoppers, and the Modesto Bee article is from October 2016, a month later. The article says he posted $50,000 bail after the wreck so that is probably how he became at large. However, it never hurts to double check with police if he's still wanted if you think you have a tip on him, and please e-mail our website if he has been arrested or ever gets arrested and the thread has not yet been updated to reflect it.
