Through Interpol's Public Red Notices Database, I'm trying to get more details on the following US fugitives wanted on murder warrants. View AttachmentFabian Leonardo Meza Acosta View AttachmentCarlos Hostilio Sabonge View AttachmentJose Mancilla Okay according to the Florida Statewide Warrants Search, there's a murder warrant for a "Carlos Hostilio Sabonge" that was issued on July 12, 2005. However, since it's out of Miami-Dade County, there is no information in the Florida archived news records.

Luis "Chava" Salvador is wanted for the July 24, 1997 murder of Franco Julio Monclavo. Luis allegedly pushed Franco out of the exit at a bar and shot him in the neck, killing him. The Utah Statewide Warrants search confirms as of September 22, 2019, an active murder warrant for Luis Salvador out of Salt Lake County. We just need a photo of Luis to make a thread on his case. www.deseret.com/1998/1/1/19355523/salt-lake-city-1997-homicidessecure.utah.gov/warrants/index.html (Last of the three results under "Luis Salvador"

Just want to update that we are slowly getting newspaper archives out of Sacramento on newspapers.com. Currently we are up to the year 1989. Hopefully that means we'll get an article on Jorge Camacho's case soon (the mugshot photo is from 1989 so I'm assuming he became a fugitive shortly afterwards).

In I believe 2011, the Fort Worth Police Department made a PDF list of fugitives with murder warrants from 1980-2007. I wanted to start listing off names of fugitives wanted since before 2000 since there are a ton and it's been a challenge getting case information on these cases. Any details and/or photos would be really appreciated. I'm going to start with a list of the referenced fugitives that do not have photos. police.fortworthtexas.gov/UI/Repository/Documents/ColdCaseOutstanding.pdfAbel Castro Morin - 1998 Rodrigo Guzman - 1998 ( Capital Murder) Javier Zelaya - 1997 Jeronimo Galvan Tellez - 1996 Tranquilino Valdez Sr. - 1996 Jose Manuel Diaz - 1995 ( Capital Murder) Jorge Robledo - 1994 Bruno Saldivar - 1992 Marciano Mejia - 1992 ( Capital Murder) Alfonzo Barboza - 1992 Amando Vizurth - 1991 Lalo Gonzalez - 1991 Antonio Paz Vargas - 1989 Gilbert Roel Mendez - 1986 ( Capital Murder) Francisco T. Castillo - 1986 Rogelio Resendiz - 1986 Luterio Hernandez - 1986 Odon Flores - 1985 Jose "Cowboy" Corona - 1985 (Not to be confused with JW's Most Wanted Fugitive of 2010) Octavio "Comanche" Rabago - 1985 Alejandro Pinedo - 1983 Manuel Gomez - 1983 Jerry Shell - 1982 Ramiro Roman Cuevas - 1982 Romauldo Suarez Berriel - 1982 Rafael "Kung-Fu" Reyes Chavez - 1981 Jesus Contreras - 1981 Torivio Garcia - 1981 Bernardo Delfin Garcia - 1981 Charles Dewerth - 1980 Alternatively, if the Dallas FBI office could investigate at least one of these cases and post it on their featured fugitives page, then that would be good to see. Just wanted to provide an update since Newspapers.com has the entire Fort Worth Star Telegram articles from 1980 now. I'm almost certain that Charles Dewerth is wanted in the August 13, 1980 stabbing death of 26-year old Jackie Don Ray. Jackie had been stabbed 43 times in his apartment during a fight. The murder took place on 3317 Avenue G which matches the location in the Fort Worth Cold Case document. I am also almost certain that Rafael "Kung-Fu" Reyes Chavez is wanted in the November 14, 1981 shooting death of Mary Ellen Garcia. Mary's two adult children were also shot and wounded. The address of 3528 Stuart Drive matches the Fort Worth Court Docket location. A follow-up article in 1982 mentions the fugitive suspect was believed to be in Mexico. Romauldo Suarez Berriel is most likely wanted in the January 3, 1982 shooting death of 37-year old Pascual Orozco. Romauldo and Pascual were both boxers from Cuba and Romauldo allegedly shot Pascual to death after Pascual refused to lend Romauldo money for boxing gloves. Ramiro Roman Cuevas may be wanted for a March 20, 1982 gang related murder outside of a bar. EDIT: Jerry Shell might be wanted in the June 18, 1982 stabbing death of 22-year old Juan Guzman. Juan's 18-year old brother Salvador was also stabbed and wounded. The murder took place on 1417 Circle Park Blvd which matches the location in the document as well. Alejandro Pinedo is probably wanted for the August 17, 1983 shooting death of 26-year old Juan Ponce, and the shooting and wounding of a 26-year old woman. The shootings were believed to be related to a domestic dispute.

Requesting a photo if available of Antonio Trinadad Floras. He is accused of shooting Roberto Allar Alverez to death on April 20, 1995. The Wilson, North Carolina Cold Case page mentions that Antonio still has a warrant for his arrest in regards to this case. We just need a photo of Antonio before a thread can be made. www.wilsonnc.org/residents/city-services/all-departments/police/unsolved-crimes (Ctrl + F "Roberto Allar")

Requesting a photo if available of Noe Enrique Vela. He is wanted out of Amarillo, Texas for allegedly stabbing and nearly killing Alfred William Baker. The incident occurred on July 7, 1985. According to Newslibrary, authorities thought they finally found Noe Vela in 2008. However fingerprint analysis proved the man they had was not in fact the fugitive. The Potter County Warrants Document I found confirms the active warrant as of August 26, 2019. co.potter.tx.us/upload/page/8552/docs/Warrants.pdfEDIT: Also requesting a photo if available of Jose Sanudo-Perez. He is accused of shooting Jeremy Lawrence Haywood to death at a bar on August 9, 2010. His warrant is confirmed from the above document. www.amarillo.com/article/20100819/NEWS/308199689

Going to ask for one myself. Marciopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona doing a new monthly most wanted feature but frustratingly the names when you click on them only shows what they're wanted for with no further info. Edgar Padilla-Alvarez is said to be wanted for murder but unfortunately no other details to make a profile. www.mcso.org/SpecialOps/FATE

Requesting a photo if available of Melvin Orlando Alfaro (aka. Melvin Orlando Elias and Melvin Elias Alfaro). The incident he is wanted for occurred in Paramount, California on November 21, 1990 according to Newspapers.com archives. He is accused of setting the apartment of his ex-girlfriend, 24-year old Martha Chavez on fire, killing Martha and her seven-month-old son named Luis. Five other occupants of the apartment suffered injuries as a result of the fire. Melvin fled in a vehicle that was recovered in the Mexican state of Baja California. Los Angeles County's court records database shows that there is no plea, disposition and recorded proceedings. This all confirms that he is unfortunately still a fugitive. No photo was publicized of him and the case never received publicity that I could find after 1990. He would be between 57-58 years of age now so he's definitely still alive. - www.lacourt.org/criminalcasesummary/ui/ (Search "COMTA010183")
