As we can tell from the long prison terms in the past, Jon Richard Smalley just doesn't want to change his life of crime. People don't deserve to have to go through the trauma of being the victim of a robbery because of that. He needs to found before he commits his next robbery and so that his crimes don't get the opportunity to escalate, which is the main concern here. www.12news.com/news/local/valley/arizonas-most-wanted-jon-richard-smalley/406935203

(For the record, this is not to call you a copycat. I actually PREFER if you ever see any other fugitives linked to from any of my fugitive thread articles or police site links and make threads on them since I can't post them all ) In any case, yeah this seems like a guy determined to be in prison for the rest of his life, no matter what sentence he gets if caught for the alleged bank robberies. And once again, the bank robbers have no idea if those bank notes are bluffs or not. Even notes are very scary for them.
