Shortly before 8:50 p.m. Sunday, police received a call about "something bad" happening at a home in the 500 block of East Babb Drive, near Southeast 15th Street and South Midwest Boulevard, police officials said. When officers arrived, they found three black men with gunshot wounds dead inside the home.
The victims have been identified as Terrence Laval Jackson, 51, Donielle Gregory, 39, and Derrel Lyn Barksdale Jr., 39. Although the three men had gunshot wounds, the cause and manner of death will be determined by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office.
A witness told police that her boyfriend, 42-year-old Ramon Rocha Pugh, was at the home for several hours Sunday. She was in a different room of the house Sunday night with her 10-year-old daughter when she heard gunshots, and she grabbed her daughter and ran, police officials said.
Pugh caught up with the witness and told her, "I'm gone," Midwest City police Chief Brandon Clabes said. Pugh then fled without harming the witness or her daughter, Clabes said.
An arrest warrant has been approved and signed for Pugh, and he being sought on three complaints of first-degree murder. He is considered armed and dangerous, Clabes said.
Police said they have a suspect and are working with the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Squad to find that person. The incident is not a random act, authorities said.
Clabes said the incident is Midwest City's first triple homicide.
Anyone with information about about Pugh's whereabouts is asked to call local law enforcement or the Midwest City Police Department at 405-739-1306.
