could it be that Loyd promised them money for harboring him? No idea. They all seemed to know him. I think it's just a matter of fellow people with absolutely no morals whatsoever. |

By looking at his Facebook, it seems that they were probably people that would stick by him regardless even if its immoral, as you pointed out. Plus he seems to rant a lot about honesty and all this other crap |

There's a lot of people that hate the police that have no problems that he shot a cop. (Apparently forgetting he allegedly murdered his pregnant girlfriend as well). While obviously there are good cops and bad cops, I can't wait for the day one of these people who don't care that Loyd shot a cop need one themselves. Even more poetic if it's Loyd himself that's the reason they need one...

Even more poetic if it's Loyd himself that's the reason they need one... That post has to be the most poetic I've seen on this forum... and I really feel that some of these people that don't care about the fact that he shot a cop need to get a grip, you pointed it out perfectly well, especially during dangerous manhunts like this one where Loyd is unpredictable and may take it out on an unsuspecting citizen in their neck of the woods, that's when they'll say I really need a cop. |

I'm actually surprised we've ran out of updates for the immediate time being. Usually breaking news cop-killers get caught very quickly. Hopefully we can get some new leads shortly that will end this manhunt once and for all, for the sake of everyone's safety.

Now would be a great time to add Markeith Loyd to the FBI Top Ten. The lack of updates and cops not knowing where he is, is actually getting very worrying. Plus with the FBI involved it means a bigger reward and more resources.

I agree, Maybe this week They will put him on the FBI Top Ten List because He is a threat to the society, Not only he killed his ex-girlfriend but two innocent Police Officers as well |

I'd be surprised if he isn't added this month to the top 10 list if still at large considering Eric Frein was once added as breaking news. The only reason I can think of for why he wouldn't be is there's already a $100,000 reward for him, but I'm assuming they can add him and make it like $250,000 or something. This case deserves an increase reward.

He hasn't been seen in 1 week so I hope sometime soon he's added, he's caused wayyyy toooo much havoc. |

Not really an update, just wanted to mention I updated Loyd's thread title to put 2016/2017 since in actuality he had been wanted since last December.
