Yep, after a freeway pursuit!

Turns out he was hiding in plain sight. Perhaps he would have fled to Jamaica had he known he'd make it onto the list but thankfully he didn't.

Now to find out who he really is.

Usually once these guys are captured, I don't want to make celebrities out of them and will only update as far as court proceedings go, but I really want to find out what this guy's real name is. It's like he's the Joker LOL.
