Perez is described as 5’9” tall, 245 pounds, and having brown eyes and brown hair. Perez
is 18-years-old in this booking photo. He was born January 29, 1986.
Alleged Crimes:
Perez sexually abused his young female neighbor for a period of three to four years, while
she was between the ages of 6 and 10. Perez would have been 11 to 14 years old at the
time. The abuse occurred on a frequent basis and was not reported by the victim until
she was 14 years old. Perez subsequently admitted to the sexual abuse when he was
contacted by detectives. He was arrested and booked on charges of Rape I, Sodomy I,
and Sex Abuse I. He was released by the court and failed to appear at his next court

Thoughts? Luis Jose Perez is an extremely scary child predator since the earliest known offenses he's committed started when he was just 11! It still bothers me that courts are willing to let people who confessed to serious offenses out until their trial or future court dates. How many of these offenders are going to take that opportunity and go on the run, too many as we have constantly seen.
