Just a note that I saw a Facebook posting from Krystal's mother when searching for news on tonight's In Pursuit cases that Krystal was not Raymond's girlfriend but his next intended victim of murder. Please note me, HeadMarshal and this site only referred to Krystal as R.J. McLeod's girlfriend since that is what media/news articles referred to her as, including a Crime Watch Daily posting. Obviously though, no one would allegedly murder someone who was truly their girlfriend or loved one. I did not mean any disrespect, this site by posting this case was trying to help keep the public aware of this man as well, and I'm hoping McLeod will be caught as a result of tonight's broadcast. (And perhaps he may be John Walsh's first capture off the new show!)
I apologize if we said anything unintentionally negative as we're only trying to help. A little too late for past postings, but in the future I'll be more mindful. I edited the original posting that said "wanted for the death of his girlfriend Krystal Mitchell" to just say "he is wanted for the death of Krystal Mitchell."

Link to In Pursuit/ID channel page on this case: www.investigationdiscovery.com/crimefeed/id-shows/on-tv0/in-pursuit-with-john-walsh/articles/raymond-rj-samuel-mcleod-bodybuilding-marine-murderI feel what's significant here is McLeod hs a history of domestic violence against women. "Investigators note that in 2016, McLeod was charged with domestic violence against his first wife and his son. Reports say he reached a plea agreement and attended a domestic-violence diversion program. McLeod is currently charged with murder in Mitchell's case. When he allegedly committed this act, investigators say he was out on bond for another domestic-violence charge involving his second wife." Also apparently McLeod has worked as a private investigator, but we've seen so-called private investigators turned fugitives get captured before. And I'll take Krystal's mother being an actual detective over McLeod's being a P.I. any day of the week

I looked at the Angels of Justice page for updates and last week unfortunately marked three years since Krystal was murdered.
It seems from Krystal's mother's postings that RJ isn't as in hiding as it may seem but rather it's a bunch of hassles and bureaucracy and legal loopholes when it involves Central American countries. Or at least that was my interpretation.
I felt really bad after watching the In Pursuit episode and knowing how Kyrstal's children will now be without their mother for the rest of their life (the build-a-bear stuffed animals with Kyrstal's voice really got to me). Just wanted to let Kyrstal's mother know if she ever comes across our site again, I really hope we can cut through the legal bs and finally get McLeod sent back here one day.

A couple of updates: 1. According to foxflash.com, McLeod will be profiled on the April 5th, 2021 episode of the new America's Most Wanted. www.foxflash.com/releases/view/week-of-apr-4-11-20212. I checked "Angels of Justice" on Facebook and their latest update is McLeod reportedly fled from Punta Gorda, Belize into Livingston, Guatemala. According to "Angels of Justice", Witnesses reported he beat up a Mayan woman badly and fled there after bludgeoning a dog to death while the dog was in a cage. Witnesses also reported a caucasian man, owner of the dog, was found dead with a broken neck in the bottom of an empty swimming pool after McLeod threatened him.

I checked Angels of Justice and there will be a "major announcement" by the U.S. Marshals nex week.
This has me suspect he is possibly being added to the U.S. Marshals Top 15 list and/or there will be a reward increase.

With the accusations like that being made overseas, if he does get added to the USMS Top 15, I think it’s deserved, we definitely don’t want any additional victims and on top of the murder victim in the United States and the Mayan women and the dog he bludgeoned to death.

Oh it would be absolutely deserved. To be honest I have no idea how this guy hasn't died on his own from all the drinking and drugs and roid-ing he seems to do, but until the day he's apprehended he's a complete menace to both men and especially women, regardless of where he is in the world.

Not to brag but I called it. Hopefully the list, which is specifically designed in cases gone international, will help reel McLeod in.

Finally the menace is on the Top 15 list, I hope they get him quickly before he hurts anyone else.
Also it seems they aren’t playing around as Raymond is the first marshal top 15 to command a $50,000 reward from addition.

Did McLeod 'replace' another Top 15er who was already captured or did the Marshals 'remove' a Top 15er who to them doesn't no longer fit Top 15er 'status'?
