It's now been over nineteen months since Markeith Loyd becoming the last man to be added to the US Marshals list.
Which means it's time for you to write down what four fugitives you think should be the next to be added.
My four picks are:
Michael "Zombie" Hawkins This monster (sorry, I can't call him a human being) is believed to have raped a wheelchair-bound woman in Schenectady, New York, in 2012. He hasn't been caught yet and could have assualted more women in the years since. If they put him on the list, I think the attention could bring him in. He's on the AMWFans Dirty Dozen list, too.
Pablo Pinto Mata Authorities say Mata murdered a woman, and molested a woman and a girl while as a Santeria priest. Mata was featured on Season 4 of the Hunt, and I hope that he makes the list like Dan Hiers and Frederic McLean. Like Zombie Mike, he's on the AMWFans Dirty Dozen.
Stephan Pittman A AMWFans fugitive of the week, he is wanted on charges in Northeast Ohio that he posed as former NFL quarterback Vince Young and raped a woman, and (more importantly) failing to register as a sex offender. He could have assaulted more women while posing as Young or someone else, perhaps.
Dimas Coronado Accused of murdering two people and an unborn fetus, this alleged scumbag took off with two children whose lives are in danger. As I said before, as the hours go by, the chances of the boys being found alive grow dimmer. He fills the breaking news fugitive slot that Markeith Loyd had.
What are your picks?

Ridiculous. Now and a year and a half. Not to get political but part of me wonders if it's because they're filling vacancies in leadership positions with the new administration that they haven't added any new top-15-ers yet. there's so many candidates they can add right now- Eric Monroe Jones, John Blauvelt, "Zombie Mike" Hawkins, Tramaine Poole, Gerald "Mike" Bullinger", Brian Keith Freeman, Raymond McLeod, Harold "Butch" Knight, etc... I'm very frustrated. If the Marshals are in charge of hiring people to the executive branch, whether simply law enforcement commissioners or more of it, then they might indeed have their hands full several times over with the 45th Administration and the spike in turnover.

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it is the President and/or Justice Department that names top Marshals.
It's just they have to go through a confirmation process and the administration has been criticized for not filling leadership positions fast enough.
So there are likely vacancies that took or are taking a long time and perhaps the reason for the day with the list.

I'm not sure but those might be the head executives but the ones in charges of the districts I believe are possibly still being named

I have named Silvano Echavarria as the My Top 15 USMS list replacement for Keith Boynes. (Read his profile to learn more). I think this guy is a menace to anyone, and needs to be put on a Most Wanted list ASAP!

Silvano Echavarria has been captured and as a result removed from my list. Dimas Coronado has been added as the breaking news slot Markeith Loyd had back on January 17, 2017. (Read my post about him.)

And we have our first non-breaking news fugitive in over 2 years with the addition of Peter Chadwick! My feeling is because he can possibly be in many places in the world, the Marshals felt the list was appropriate with the added resources appropriate for a global manhunt. Hopefully we will see even more additions soon! www.usmarshals.gov/investigations/most_wanted/chadwick/chadwick.htm

Even though the Marshals are also a division of the Department of Justice, at least they do not appear to be falling into the drug trafficking focus as far as fugitive publicity goes.

It’s been a great month for the U.S. Marshals Top 15 Most wanted, as both veteran fugitives; André Neverson and Dan Hiers have been captured in recent weeks.

Another interesting thing about Peter Chadwick is he was added AFTER The Hunt aired his case. Of the cases The Hunt aired on The Hunt that were new top 15 additions (not ones on the list before the show's existence), only Victor Barnard was added after the fact. The rest of the 2014 or after additions (Matthew Dion, David Bonness, Kevin Stoeser, Shane Miller, Anthony Burroughs) were added before The Hunt's airing (Burroughs was added the week before his 'Hunt' airing so that may have been a last minute decision- who knows for sure).
The FBI top ten list on the other hand has yet to add a fugitive that was previously aired on The Hunt.
So could be a coincidence but is a bit interesting in the different ways the agencies have handled their lists so far.

Just wanted to state with the addition of Luis Octavio-Frias, I will no longer complain about what was previously a lack of additions for at least six months now lol.
