Removed Esene Udofia from the thread since I found an article detailing his case and was able to do a thread on him.

Also if the FBI ever wants to add any of these fugitives to their featured fugitive page for case details, that would be appreciated.

Found out that Randel Quiroz Jr. is actually "Raudel Quiroz" based on a 2000 article. I suspect that there may be at least a few more typos or name variations which is why a lot of these cases still don't have any information at the moment. Raudel Quiroz is accused of the October 1999 murder of his sister-in-law. I will be able to make a thread on him at some point now. amarillo.com/stories/091700/tex_womanfam.shtml#.WV4foojyt1s

As Scumhunter posted about in the Lance Bedgood thread, the Houston Police Department has made a new section on cold case fugitives. Glad to see that they're doing this and hopefully they'll be able to cover some of the fugitives I've posted about in this thread as well eventually. Currently there are three fugitives on the new website. www.houstontx.gov/police/cold_cases/wanted_suspects.htmJust wanted to update this thread after I looked at this website and found two new fugitive cases on it! Expect these cases posted on the site later this week.

It turns out that Fredis Rentaria Trujillo is being sought by the U.S. Marshals under the name Franklyn Garcia. He was born either in New Jersey or Puerto Rico and uses the Date of Births: July 7, 1965 & September 5, 1966. The warrant was issued in July 2000. www.usmarshals.gov/wanted/major-cases/garcia-f.htm

However it doesn't explain why a man wanted for murder in Texas is also wanted for escape in Pennsylvania. This is the problem with trying to get information on cases this old, there are sources of info but often not with detailed summaries or articles.

Honestly I don’t have any solid explanation, but I will speculate that he was likely charged with murder and drug trafficking, and was charged federally and imprisoned in a federal penitentiary in Pennsylvania, which is similar in the case of Whitey Bulger.

Also it's a longshot, but as we've reported with the Reginald Williams and Glen Holmes manhunt, KHOU News out of Houston is doing a new series called "Houston's Hunted" or "The Hunted" on fugitives wanted by the US Marshals. Just maybe once of these cases I've referenced here will be featured one day.
