DOB: 10/22/1973 (42 years old) Race: Hispanic Height: 5'9 Weight: 154 lbs Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown -- He is a suspect in a sexual assault that took place in February 2010. The female victim told police that Solis-Garcia was a casual acquaintance and a mutual friend had allowed both she and Solis-Garcia to stay overnight. The victim was in a bedroom and Solis-Garcia was asked to sleep on the living room couch. The victim says she awoke to find Solis-Garcia having sex with her and that she repeatedly told him to stop, but he continued. The victim’s allegations have been substantiated and police are searching for Solis-Garcia, who faces two counts of Felony Sexual Assault. He has been known to use the names Ricardo Solis, Lalo Solis and has gone by the nickname “Rigo.” Investigators believe Solis-Garcia may be in Mexico. Anyone with information about him is asked to contact Detective Colleen Wilcox at 303-441-4483.

I don't care about excuses that people like Ricardo make in these types of situations, as an adult you are mature enough to comprehend that if someone you are having sex with says stop, you stop. If you continue then you get charged with sexual assault. Ricardo is my 50/50 Fugitive out of the State of Colorado and the Mile High state is better off with Ricardo being behind bars. bouldercolorado.gov/police/ricardo-solis-garciawww.denverpost.com/2010/02/18/boulder-police-seek-man-in-assault/

Yep, no means no, and stop means stop. It's important to find Mr. Garcia before he commits any more alleged assaults on any women.

As of April 26th. 2018, Solis-Garcia is still on the Boulder P.D. website as a wanted fugitive. (Same link as in HeadMarshal's OP).
Also wanted to stress the wording was from the Boulder P.D. page and not us. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
I'm also allowed legally to state my opinion that I believe the victim. It's just a matter of technicality to clarify for legal reasons for our site.

Solis-Garcia is no longer on the Boulder P.D. most wanted fugitive, however the only fugitive they have on there now is Thayne Smika so I think it's a matter of them only highlighting one case and I feel safe in reasonably assuming Solis-Garcia is still at large as of this update (10/21/2019), although it would be nice to have some official way of confirming this which I unfortunately don't have at the moment. Of course, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
