Simms has ties to Jamaica and has been known to travel there. Also, Simms has been known to travel to the Bahamas. TIPS: If you have any information concerning this person, please contact your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.From the FBI's website: Stanley Simms is wanted for allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography in Florida. It is alleged that Simms shared files, which depicted minors engaging in sexual activity, from a residence in Sunrise, Florida, in February and March 2013. On June 7, 2013, Simms was charged federally with possession and distribution of child pornography by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. That same day, a federal warrant was issued for Simms' arrest. This case has been bumped up on the FBI crimes against children section. I feel that the FBI will likely add Stanley Simms instead of Ranger Lacy, because there is no particular field office that will send any recommendations to make Lacy a Top Ten fugitive IMO and Simms is wanted from the Miami Field office.
The crime itself is disgusting enough if you hear the podcast, he paid female dancers with money or drugs to bring their kids over to his place and that is too much. I think these kind of criminals are the worst monsters roaming amongst us. Now about his whereabouts, he probably maybe either in Florida still, or New York (where he's from) or possibly Jamaica and the Bahamas if he's fled overseas.

Okay I'm glad Lacy at least has a chance to be added. But yes Stanley Simms fled 4 years ago now and his case is deserving. Now prior to me joining the forum, while Walter Lee Williams was listed as captured, I hoped the list could be filled with murder suspects to make the list less graphic with crimes against children references in order to present the list in school, but now I really wouldn't mind adding a Crimes against children because it's been so long and they really deserve a slot. |

It's pretty much what's described in the FBI wanted poster just expanded but it is still very troubling based on what's alleged.
The fact the he allegedly searched "kill girl" is also very disturbing. Perhaps based on this accusation, it was fantasy and he wanted to look at images of girls being killed, but obviously that's still just as disturbing as if he seriously was thinking he about it.
The fact that this isn't just a child porn case but that's a suspect in assaults himself is very concerning to me. I know for the most part they've only added murderers or top ten murderers to the list the past few years, but tbh, I think he might be my #1 case if they were to add a child crimes fugitive to the list.
Only thing with Ranger Lacy is I feel he would be a more likely candidate to be recognized by the public due to his hippy look and aspects, while Simms has a more average look, but the danger is there to justify his addition.

I agree and also he lived in Sunrise, FL, so I assume he allegedly must have been filming those awful things too since in one he allegedly put a gun to a girls head while doing something. |

While Simms is obviously still at large as of this update (7/5/2018) since he's still on the FBI website and this is also a relatively recent fugitive case, just for reference/just-in-case purposes wanred to mention he has also has a Red Notice poster on the Interpol website as of July 5th, 2018 as well. www.interpol.int/notice/search/wanted/2014-10736 |
