We've been predicting Ayala to make the top ten list since pretty much the year this site started lol, but she still would make a great addition. (Not to mention, besides the tragedy of this case, and uniqueness (aside from recent years) of a female fugitive, the FBI likes adding fugitives from a variety of field offices, and the Atlanta field office I don't think has seen an addition in quite some time, I'm too lazy to look up when the last time they had representation is).

It’s been awhile since Atlanta Added anyone, but Ayala has been on the run and the FBI Site for 6 years now and her addition may be similar to Yaser Said in the aspect that it took 6 years to add him to the list.

I’m glad she’s at least getting some sort of attention besides being on the FBI website, she’s first in line on Season 3’s 15 seconds of shame which should make her stand out to viewers.

For those wondering why such an awful case wouldn't have a full-profile instead, I think it is unfortunately as terrible as some cases they are, the manhunts are tougher than others, while other cases might be more "common" type of cases but more likely to result in direct capture. So perhaps she's entrenched in Mexico and other cases were considered easier direct-capture likelihood wise to do full-profiles.
Leticia Smith and Kevin Michael Waguespack were 15 seconds of shame fugitives who got full profiles in Season 2, so hopefully that can be the case again in future seasons for Ayala for consideration.

Since she was profiled on In Pursuit, I wanted to check Caris Ayala's UFAP case file on PACER. Without going into too much detail, there was credible evidence to suggest that she was in Acapulco, Mexico two weeks after going on the run. Whether she is still there or not is anyone's guess.

She has burrowed deep into Mexico if she is in Acapulco. Considering that she was that far into Mexico, she may have gone further southeast into Central America.

You know I have Never noticed that it doesn't say where she was born or where it usually says on FBI posters such as a pob or something like that

It happens with a few other cases as well, it could be that law enforcement plays it close to the vest as revealing their place of birth in that case is actively part of the investigation/law enforcement knows their exact whereabouts.
